The room layouts are awkward, making it hard to settle in!!! The decor is tired, and facilities could use more lounging options. Management needs to address the noise issues from the busy street!!! Don't expect prompt service or coordination!!!

great parks and landmarks just steps away
i loved that we were just a short walk away from both the stunning diana the huntress statue and the picturesque playa el morro, which allowed for beautiful sunset strolls every evening. while the beach area was a bit crowded at times, the easy access to local restaurants like 100% Natural made our dining experiences enjoyable and convenient.

I had an incredible time with beautiful views from our Master Suite Three Bedrooms Plus! The beach was just a quick stroll away, although it did take some effort to navigate the stairs. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
